Folkestone Invicta v Harlow Town. In a week where the whole country was in winter lock down it was pleasing to see the word ‘game on’ on the Folkstone website! So another Bostik League game to cover. One of only two games to go ahead in Kent as far as I know. Largely thanks to a small army of Fans who went to the stadium and physically cleared the pitch.
Folkestone fans who had clerared the pitch of snow before the game could start between Folkestone Invicta FC and Harlow Town FC at The Fullicksr Stadium.
The Fullicks Stadium is fast becoming a second football home for me and I enjoy working there. So a clash between polar ends of the table and one where Folkestone kept the pressure on from the very start. Unfortunately for them it appeared that the back of the net was hard for the home side to find. However, it was Harlow that went a goal up against the run of play.
Folkestones Ade Yusuff just cant connect to a cross during the Ishmian Premier League match between Folkestone Invicta FC and Harlow Town FC.
Folkestone did however pull level and the game would round out a draw with a goal a piece. Here are a few of my personal favorites there is a full gallery here
